1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and pak236 ("Company", "pak236", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak236 website located at pak236.org, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

pak236 operates an online casino and sports betting platform that provides registered members in Pakistan with access to cricket betting markets, live casino table games, slot titles, crash games, and other entertainment products. All services are provided subject to the terms set out herein and any applicable supplementary rules published on the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on pak236, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments. This Agreement is written in the English language, which shall be the governing language in the event of any dispute or discrepancy.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the pak236 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active pak236 account.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated agents, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that such prohibition applies to the services offered by pak236.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from pak236 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

pak236 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All members are required to submit a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and supporting documentation before any withdrawal request is processed. pak236 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the member relationship. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the period specified by pak236 may be suspended or closed, with balances held pending satisfactory verification.

pak236 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at pak236's sole discretion subject to verification of the original payment source.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money services on pak236, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pak236 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. pak236 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, pak236 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak236 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pak236 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pak236 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pak236 account at any time by contacting our support team. pak236 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to satisfy KYC requirements. Upon closure, any remaining balance that has been verified as legitimately earned will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pak236 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. pak236 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment sources not registered in your name. Deposits from unverified or unrecognised sources will be refunded and may trigger a security review of your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. pak236 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; however, actual settlement timelines may vary depending on the payment provider. pak236 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the pak236 cashier section. pak236 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment, account verification status, or regulatory requirements.

4.4 Refused Transactions

pak236 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or cancel any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pak236 may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pak236 offers various bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and cashback offers to eligible members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to members who have completed registration and, where stated, deposited the minimum qualifying amount.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings may only be used on games or markets designated as eligible for that specific promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member. Members found to have opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all associated bonuses cancelled and accounts closed.
• pak236 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or on-platform notification.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another member's account.
• pak236 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse or exploitation of a promotion is detected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pak236 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific product rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak236 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances where a game or event is voided under applicable product rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game or bet, pak236 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts. Winnings arising from a malfunction will not be paid.
• pak236 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, session, or promotional period.
• Cricket and other sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body. Settlements are made based on official results as verified by pak236's data providers.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules displayed at the relevant table. Results are final once announced by the dealer or game host.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak236 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their express consent and without disclosing this to pak236.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from pak236.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in game logic to obtain winnings not derived from fair play.
• Attempting to gain access to another member's account or any pak236 backend system.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the account lifecycle.

8. Responsible Gaming

pak236 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. pak236 provides the following tools and resources to help members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications remind members of their session duration and net gaming result.

pak236 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. We use CNIC-based verification to confirm age at the point of registration and prior to first withdrawal. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak236 Platform, including but not limited to the pak236 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak236 or its licensed content providers. No member or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pak236 content without prior written consent from pak236.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios on the pak236 Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed for use on pak236 under separate agreements. Unauthorised use of such content is a breach of both these Terms and applicable copyright law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak236 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if pak236 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak236's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak236 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While pak236 takes reasonable measures to maintain the Platform's availability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly in the event of scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

pak236 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on pak236, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The full Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

Member data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotions where consent has been provided. pak236 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pak236 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the pak236 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws under which pak236 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pak236 from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
